The wine fix is having their annual Black Friday sale and is 20% off ($39.99 rather than $49.99, no coupon needed.)
Of note, I’ve found this is effective not only for red wine headaches (which it is) but for all types of alcohol consumption.
The dosing recommendations do seem to help quite a bit. I would use this product regularly if you have headaches with red wine, and otherwise as directed before/during big wine evenings where you expect a lot of consumption. Just as important as this and other supplements is hydration/electrolytes.
Vine & Cellar is back with an additional 20% off their closeout sale when you order 9 bottles or more. Apply code Goodbye20 at checkout to see the extra discount. Limit 1 use per customer.
Some decent deals to be found in the “VIP” promo on wine.com (if you are eligible/targeted), but you have to do some digging and will depend on state. For example, in California, they have 2020 DRC RSV for 2,096.80, 2019 Petrus for 2,256.10 and 2021 Coche Bourgogne Blanc for 243.90 (all pre-tax prices).
Posted in a separate thread, but Easton/Terre Rouge is having a sale on select wines through Dec 10. Seriously one of the best deals you’ll find for the foreseeable future.
Agree it’s something to consider. That said, I picked up a 6-pack of the '16 vintage of this wine when WineText offered that vintage a few years back ('22 or '23 timeframe) at $84.95/btl. I remember liking - but not loving - the wine…so think 92 - 94 point range. Perhaps the '13 vintage is superior and/or I consumed my bottles too young, but I’ll personally be standing on the sidelines for this one. Thanks for bringing this offer to everyone’s attention - cheers!
A lot of stores don’t show up on the free version. You can also set filters/alerts. The free version is enough if you mainly want to gauge the market price for a wine, but W-S Pro is much more useful if you’re actively bargain hunting.
Oh and now they’ve also teamed up with Konstantin Baum for some wine content but I don’t think that’s the main draw.
