Best deal/coupon for on-line wine shopping

It lets me add the code, but no matter what (or how many) wines I put in my cart it says “Unfortunately, the items in your cart are not eligible for this promotion”.

I’m getting "Error: Unfortunately this promo code has expired ", oh well i really don’t need more wine but i do love a deal

Just ordered the 2013 Piper-Heidsieck Rare Brut Millesime Champagne for $210. Less the $50 discount, with free shipping, plus tax and their annoying $3.95 fee, the total charged was $175.43. I should also get $30 of that credited back on my Marriott Bonvoy Amex.

All-in ~$145 for the 2013 Rare, I feel like that’s something that @MChang would be proud of.

For those trying to stack the $50 new member credit as well, this bottle may work as it gets you above the $150 after the first credit. Not 100% sure though.

Zachy’s FREESHIPDEC code still works. Plus they have up to 20% sale on selected bottles. I love the fact that they already have BDX 2022 in stock.

it expired on the 23rd, it looks like. i was tempted as i have the amex promo currently but frankly could not find anything very interested or that was not way overpriced to the point where the additional discounts simply brought things down to w-s low or so. wineaccess selection and pricing has definitely gone by the wayside and the newish handling fee is annoying.

That’s a nice price. IIRC, @Jon_Lawrence is a fan if that one.

The code plus Amex deal took Laherte BdB Nature down to about $38 all-in, which is an excellent deal IMO. I’m a big fan of that wine. Without the Amex stacking, however, I would have passed.

i still have plenty of the laherte from the first few years when the deals were far more frequent and the pricing was a bit better. my amex promo does not expire until april so hopefully something pops up before then. the funny thing is i have multiple promos loaded directly on my wineaccess account from way back that still work. probably one of the best champagne buys i remember from them was the larmandier rose that was on a multi bottle limited time offer. i believed i got them down to mid $30ish all in.

Internetwines.com has a flash sale for $15 off $150, no code required.

FLASH SALE valid 3/7/25 10am CST through 3/9/25 11:59pm CST.*

I had a really poor experience ordering from these guys (internetwines.com). Their bottles were showing one price in my cart but a different (higher) price in the payment page. I sent them screenshots asking for clarification and didn’t hear back. I finally tried calling them. On multiple days, it was going to voicemail. Finally I got someone on the 6th call. He asked me to resend him the email and promised to call back. No call. Next day, I called and experienced the same going directly to voicemail. Finally got someone on the 3rd attempt, who transferred me to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager said he’d check with tech guy and then told me that I must have obsolete browser cookies that were causing the incorrect (lower) prices to show up in my cart! I told him this was not possible because I had never visited their site before. I also saw the same behavior on two different computers as well as Browser in Privacy Mode. He said he would check with the owner and told me the owner had authorized a one-time $15 refund if I placed the order. That didn’t cover the price difference I was observing, but I said never mind and placed the order ($960). I immediately got back a confirmation showing no credit. I called and went through the process again. I was told the refund would eventually be applied. Then 2 days later, I got an email stating I had requested a Wallgreens shipment hold (which I don’t remember requesting). They said my local Wallgreens doesn’t accept that, which I know to be untrue because I’ve used them before for Wine deliveries. The email asked if I wanted to cancel the order instead. I replied asking them to ship to my home address (there was no difference in price and that’s what I wanted anyway). Then 1 day later I got an automated email saying $10 was being refunded instead of the agreed $15, and the order was still pending! So I replied saying this whole experience had been a pain-in-the-butt and if they would not honor the $15 they promised, then cancel the order. 2 hours later, I got an automated email saying the order had been cancelled.

No human reaching out to explain why they had done $10 instead of $15. Instead they just cancelled $960 wine order. 1 week of back-and-forth and that was the result!

I’d describe that as really poor customer service as well as responsiveness.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve had smooth transactions, including for weather holds, but I never had to follow up due to a technical issue. I don’t get the impression they are as big an online shop as the website domain would have you believe .

Hi all, I’m looking at making my first purchase from wineslash. Does anyone know if they do codes?

Not to my knowledge.

She does codes for holidays and specific sales.

Right now the St. Patty’s sale i up, with a 20% off code only for the wines listed here St Patty's Sale - Page 1 - WineSlash

Not sure if the code is still working post-St. Patrick’s Day.
