If you cancel, does it stay live until your year ends? Or stops immediately
stays live until the year is up.
Call them and ask to cancel auto renewal without cancelling membership. So once it expires you will not be charged any more. I just did this with mine.
Thats the default. I want to just end it outright and credit back. I still need to call them
I have only 3 months left so not worth the hassle. They might throw some useful coupons around holidays. Just last month I used $20 off $80 which was good for one bottle

They refunded me prorated amount when I cancelled bc I asked.
If you want to keep til end of the cycle dont even need to call just cancel within the account and delete the credit card info. Wont auto renew next time.

I got the same e-mail and the e-mail said this is only good on a select group of wines. I have not tried to buy anything to see if that’s so, or what those wines might be.

So i called WDC and will be able to get full refund for my stewardship that auto renewed earlier this month. I made clear that main driver for cancelation was lack of attractive promo codes. The lady mentioned that they were getting more feedback about that and will use the collected feedback to make changes going forward.
Bottom line - if you cancel, would be helpful to call and share that reason for cancelling. May help them bring back better codes going forward (i explained the changes from 50/200 to 50/250 to 50/300 to nothing overtime and where i can easily source same bottles on other platforms for less money and the promo codes made WDC prices competitive)

I told them the same when I was cancelling my membership when they asked me why I was doing it.
WDC $50 off $300 with code “EarlyBF”.
11/3 expiration date.
Also UNCORK30 $30/150. Funny after canceling all of a sudden 2 promo codes drop within 48hrs.

For at least last two years, this time of year has been the most fruitful for good deals. That’s the only reason I reupped my stewardship in May. Last year for me
