I never find anything good in there

I didn’t see a ton that caught my eye, but I did pick up a few bottles at their flash sale Wednesday for $25 each:
3x 2021 Domaine de Ferrand Châteauneuf-du-Pape
3x 2020 Boyer-Martenot Bourgogne Blanc

They definitely had better stuff pre-pandemic

Part of the issue for me is that my budget aligns with their lower-priced offerings, and in recent years (especially post-pandemic) they’ve seemed to be shifting away from that part of the spectrum. I find less and less in the <$50/bottle range - moreso than just the effects of inflation - so I shop there less.

Who knows, maybe they’ll give you a huge discount on their most in demand wines!

Surprisingly found a few wines I’m interested in for Benchmark’s Bin Sale, but none I’d think I’d pull the trigger on though.

I had to pick up a spirits gift today for someone at TW, and while checking out the system generated a $10 off $50 purchase coupon, which curiously covered just about everything, any wine, any spirits, etc. it did not cover ice!

TW has put me in the coupon freeze for most of this year, so that was kind of nice. Perhaps sales are slowing down for them?

Tercero is up on CaseMates. I have never had their wines, but the vintner is an active bosrd member and the wine has a great rep. I bought a case to split with friends.

Zachy’s 25% off order over $1000 with free shipping.

Many bottles are overpriced, but there are a few gems (Klein Constantia, Cristal '15, d’Yquem)

Sad how codes were flying left and right just a short time ago and now nothing. I did a WDC order earlier this week which arrived today, and they’ve stopped sending the unique $50 off $250 etc. codes inside the order boxes. Sigh…

The stewardship offering doesn’t work as an AYCE offering. It just took them a few years to figure it out.

Those few years sure were great though!

My wife recently had a Wine Access Amex offer and when I logged in, they gave me a 15% off offer.

WTSO has a thing going on with K Vintners, mostly syrah, also had an Amex 30 off 100 deal so check your offers.

The Rare Wine Co had their annual(?) bin ends sale featuring mostly Rosenthal wines with some Dressner in there as well. Some very good prices and some unusual wines, as is often the case. Last year I picked up some great Valle d’Aosta wines and San Fereolo Nebbiolo at good prices. This year I grabbed some NOAH Bramaterra Salero at $25, Lessona at $33, I Vigneri Vinupetra at $30, and 16 bottles of various Viret at $10/each. I’ve never had Viret and the wines seem somewhat polarizing but $10 each is silly cheap as retail is $40-60. Hopefully they don’t suck.
