Is the problem that it doesn’t appear under “Credits and Promotions”? If you click the link do you see a yellow banner at the top of the page that says $100 off your next $250 purchase?

Yes, if the promotions are active, they will show up in the “credits and promotions” tab after clicking on them. If they do not, then those links are no longer active.

No, but they used to offer free shipping, with some conditions, on the 21st of each month. Not sure if that still happens.

Where do you enter that code?
You can only use codes on raise if you buy one of the “Discount Gift Cards”. If you try to buy a “Cash Back Gift Card” there is no option for codes. If you buy a discount gift card you’ll see the promo code option (on the far right side of the screen) at the last step of checkout.
Note: even though the code is for 5 off 50, you can still use it for a gift card with a nominal value of 50 that has already been discounted below 50.
