From this thread, I can now see that Corton is regarded as the better bet when it comes to getting a GC for the least amount of $$$.

I think this is true, but it’s true, as others have mentioned, because it’s one of the bigger vineyards and, I think, because Corton takes forever to come around.

Also, because of the vineyard size, producer (and, related, lieu-dit) matter proportionally more, I imagine.

David, have you dabbled in Dubrueil Fontaine’s Cortons, as well as Chandon de Briailles’s?
