The Zoom
We will take a deep dive on site considerations made for sparkling wine at Bracken Vineyard (Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon), and follow with a tasting of vin clairs, experiment with possible blends, and potential dosage and pressure, then open a finished bottle of the Bracken Solera Pinot Noir. I have saved up a few barrels of single vintage + solera blends of vin clair from my sparkling picks at Bracken. Our discussion will help me in the ultimate construction of the finished wines.
