Busy day in the office!
Feel free to post when you receive them tomorrow
This will be my biggest challenge to Dry January when this arrives tomorrow!
Pretty sure this stuff has crack in it, once you try it you have to come back for more! thanks Charlie!
Order in for some Oscietra and Schrenckii! This caviar has become one of our favorite Valentine’s Day traditions!
In. Great offer. Thanks Charlie
My order from yesterday has already arrived all the way over to Brooklyn. It got here in less than 24 hours. Put an order in and see for yourself!!!
What’s the shelf life for unopened cans? If I buy now, will it be good for my wedding anniversary 5/10? My google-fu was weak on this subject
Got mine yesterday same day delivery! Thank you Astrea!
Unfortunately it won’t last that long. Any caviar that can last 5 months is not one worth buying due to the insane amount of salt they’d need to add to preserve.
caviar goes well with a nice non alcoholic drink as well HAHAHA.
(also feb is only a few days away whew)
How could I pass up on free caviar! In to try a tin as I’m usually a buyer of Petrosian. Can’t wait!
Thanks for trying us! You won’t be disappointed
How’d everyone like our new packing tape? Wet adhesive tape is now the bane of my existence
In for 50g of Grand Selection Oscietra and 50g of Kaluga… I think with the offer that means I’ll get to sample the entire selection side by side. My plan is to compare this against some of the lower price caviar I see on Instagram to see what the difference really is. Let the games begin!
So what is a reasonable window of time then?
CFu caviar for the first time, and a couple of your signature glasses? Today’s a good day.
The real issue is it’s really difficult for the consumer to know when the caviar was packaged. All they can go by is the best buy date.
Our best by date is within 2.5 months of packaging. But most other companies are pushing out to 5-6 months. But you won’t know that cause you don’t know the packaging date. You could grab a caviar today that says best by April 10th but it was packed all the way back in October/novmber and you think you still have 3 months to go. But in reality the caviar has already started to degrade quite a bit and the eggs losing integrity.
That’s the reason a lot of “cheap” caviar when you open the tin it’s dark and watery, cause the eggs have burst.
Realistically we could do a best buy date further, but i don’t see a reason to deceive the customer not having the absolute best experience for what is a luxury product.
