A stumble at the river question (like many others) left me with 19
14/20 but probably guessed right on 1 or 2 that could have gone either way. I doubt some of these would appear on any exam for MS or Sommelier
4 minutes - 1 wrong (Arizona)
19/20 with a few guesses.
20/20. Though I’m doubt I’m smarter than a somm…
20/20
Any fewer and I would quit my job hahah
16/20 Blew the trick questions
Got 18. Missed the Gironde question and one other one.
19/20. Gironde being an estuary - sort of a trick question.
21/20
I hate it when I have to go last.
At the end, it still didn’t tell me if I’m smarter than a somm.
That one surprised me. A lot of NY’ers don’t know that the Hudson River isn’t a river, but an estuary, at least until you get up to Troy.
Ok that was too easy:
You Scored: 20 / 20
Your Rating: You either are a sommelier or could make a go at it.
I just read everyone’s posts - really helps growing up in Missouri!
Got 19/20 missed the German River question, but most these questions are pretty basic and wouldn’t be on a Somm exam.
17 here too, and I missed the same first two you listed plus one more I can’t remember at the moment. I did get one or two wild guesses correct, though, including the AZ/TX one.
I got 9/20. The lowest on this post. And I didn’t stay in a Holiday Inn last night.
Nothing wrong with drinking more and reading less…maybe just drink a wider range…
14/20. I need to drink more!
Seriously…Missouri?
And Estuary was a trick question.
That’s the one I missed trying to answer quickly vs. actually reading it…sounds like same thing I said after my SAT.
