Anova's countertop combi steam oven is out

I see the comments above about reheating leftovers at 150-175 with 100% steam. Do you use sous vide mode or regular mode for that? At that temp and steam, does “sous vide mode” make a difference anyway?

Thanks, and hence my question. Sounds like I am correct that at these conditions for reheating leftovers (150-175 temp and 100 steam) selecting sous vide mode on or off makes no difference?
