Love seeing that one used to celebrate birthdays as it ended up being picked on the day of my son’s birthday, will never forget that date.
I haven’t had a mag in awhile but the 750’s are in a really nice place, so maybe stand it up a day or two ahead and just pull the cork a few hours before?

17-18-19 are really rounding into form and I’ve been seeing some nice notes on the 21’s but I haven’t opened any recently.
New to your wines. Thanks for the first order last year. Just popped the 2023 proprietary red. Holy freakin nose. Gunsmoke, creosote. Palate is gorgeous. I can’t wait to open off the menu.
I’ll just tack on that I’m a big fan of the 2016 cab (haven’t had the 2016 Proprietary Red), which has been drinking well with a decant. I have a magnum of that, as well, that I’m looking forward to opening at Christmas this year.
Just popped a ‘19 Shifflett Cab - quite stacked and packed, should be great with some air.
