Todd French - this is the 10th annual DiFara’s Fat Tuesday offline. Many of us hope that the big cheese (Todd is from Wisconsin), will eventually make it to NY in February.

Note to winemakers… feel free to PM me for my address if you’d like Berserkers in the know to taste your wine. :smiley:

I need to guarantee 20.

We’re at 18.

If 18 becomes the final number, we’re looking at mid $90’s per person.

Paypal info to follow by mid January. In the event that you can’t make it, if a replacement can be found, your money will be refunded. If there’s bad weather, DiFara’s won’t hold us to 20.

Could go in a few directions… was thinking of bringing a bottle of champagne (maybe an Egly-Ouriet Rose). Maybe a couple Dirty & Rowdys (15/16 Antles) or a brunello.
