Are we sure Stefan Blecker has the description correct? The last Ascent bottlings (2007, 2008) were Peter Thompson’s from Andrew Geoffrey vineyards on Diamond Mountain, unless Peter gave up the labeling rights not sure how it could be HR...

Same. Hidden ridge sold, prob lots of inventory sitting with wrong label. Pricing, winemaker, and location add up.

Questions is whether it’s the reserve or regular or a mix of the 2.

If it’s the reserve it’s a good deal.

Chateau Raymond Lafon Sauternes 1998 for $16/375ml. I've never had Sauternes that's this old, so at this price I decided to pick up a few to see what it's like.
