Ingredients

1kg zucchini/courgette (chopped like julienne)
250g fresh goat cheese/or why not feta cheese
4 eggs
250ml cream
herbs (thyme, parsley, mint)
1 clove garlic
old white bread&baquette


Preparation

  1. Sauté zucchini/courgette softly for 10min. in olive oil

  2. Mix eggs with cream and add salt&pepper

  3. Chopp herbs

  4. Add herbs and garlic to courgette



    \
  5. Brush Quiche form with olive oil



    \
  6. Add breadcrumbs



    \
  7. Add half of the fresh goat cheese to the courgette and combine

  8. Put courgette to the Quiche form



    \
  9. Add rest of the goat cheese on top



    \
  10. Add egg-cream mix



    \
  11. Put in the oven for 30min. by 180C/356F. ENJOY
