Sauvignon Blanc! I’ll have to look at these.

Sauvignon Blanc from Styria can be seriously good and I would put the best up against any other region/producer, including Vatan…

Lamb from styria is real good

Don t know about the lamb, but the typical fried chicken is gorgeous - and of course the wines -

Hotel restaurant sacher isn’t great but their styrian lamb saddle is delicious, esp with some nice blaufranckish

I know the wines of Muster.Gamlitz, but not the 2020.
Very pure, minerally, complex and balanced - always enjoyable

Sacher is in Vienna, right, not in Styria.
I recommend visiting the “Weinbank” in Ehrenhausen.

Yes but they source their lamb from styria, it’s one of their most famous dishes.
