I’ve moved on to different regions in the past 3 years so it’s not really accurate for me to claim I purchase a particular bottle or producer every year but if I had to pick a few they would be:
Chevillon: several reds to include Vaucrainis, Les Cailles, Chaignots, Pruliers and Les Georges
Dujac: 1/2 case or more per year…various vineyards
Bouchard: I’m purchasing various vineyards which I like because I haven’t really found a specific one I don’t appreciate.
Hubert Lignier & Gouges: once again trying various bottles each year.

Barthod’s is also very good (it’s clearly a high-class vineyard), but to my taste it’s for somewhat earlier drinking while I find Rion’s more age-worthy. I tend to drink his BBB with 5-10 years of bottle age.
Tricky question. Assuming not cases and assuming at least one cuvee for the producer and assuming that MacDonald counts because I have been buying it every year since the beginning even though that’s not for all that long, an unsurprising list:
