I’m really excited to announce several ways to join us in May for special tastings and dinners. It has become a very busy month.

Our guest next month will be energetic and informative Adrien Gautherin from Domaine Raoul Gautherin in Chablis. Since we began working with him about 3 years ago, his racy, delicious white burgundies have quickly become fan favorites among the Caveau Selections faithful. Adrien will be joining us for just two days in May, we’ve started to pack out his schedule, and would love to have you join us to meet him as many times as you’d like!

But, there’s more. We have 4 other events staring Saturday May 2nd running through Saturday May 9th

Please continue reading below for more info, and to make reservations for any and all of these great events.

MAY 2 - EOLA-AMITY EQUINOX (https://eolaamityhills.com/equinox/)

We’re excited to share that we will be pouring at Equinox 2026, celebrating 20 years of the Eola-Amity Hills AVA.

This one-day event brings together the wines, people, and perspectives that define our region, with educational panels in the afternoon followed by a Grand Tasting featuring wineries from across the AVA.

Events held at Lingua Franca and Zenith Vineyard - I will be on the early panel along with Larry Stone and Ben Casteel discussing Chardonnay.

MAY 3 - AAPI MCMINNVILLE (https://www.aapifoodandwine.com)

A celebration of AAPI voices in wine, food, and culture, bringing the innovation and AAPI talent of Oregon’s winegrowing region and Portland’s culinary landscape to the heart of wine country.
Event held at Stillwater

MAY 8 - UKANDU (https://pro.gofundme.com/event/2026-ukandu-wine-and-dine-for-hope-and-joy/e760593)

The Wine & Dine is an event like no other. This sophisticated but decidedly un-stuffy affair encourages attendees to interact with our chefs and wine-makers up close. Each chef will share their signature recipes and winery representatives will regale you with the tasting notes and viticulture details of their wines allowing you to walk away feeling like a sommelier.

Event held at The Redd in Portland

MAY 9 - WINEMAKER DINNER AT KITA STEAK AND RIBS (https://phokitagrill.com/event-beaverton-winemakers-dinner)

Our Winemakers Dinner is a curated 5-course dining experience featuring Local and French wines paired with some of our most exceptional dishes—including A5 Japanese Wagyu Cap Ribeye and 45-Day Aged Prime New York Steak.

We’re proud to feature Royer Vineyard, a local Oregon winery from the Eola-Amity Hills known for their beautifully crafted Chardonnay and Riesling. Built on a philosophy of growing exceptional white grapes with patience and intention, Royer wines reflect the character of the land—elegant, balanced, and quietly unforgettable.
