What is the storage at Park Ave Liquors like? I always see wines that interest me on their website, but when I go in I get chased off by obvious signs of poor storage for wines on display. Do they have a cold room in the back that you can ask for the wines out of?
Have never dealt with them before but did check out an old thread on ERP where there was a robust discussion about this. They have a cold storage cellar and anything from there seemed to be in perfect condition. People also noted that everything they had bought had been perfect ie although there was some concern about what you could see in the shop itself, in reality, wines people actually received were all perfect.
I confirmed this wine has been with them since release, cold stored throughout and will be kept there until I can collect. Would suggest anyone else buying does the same.
It’s cold enough in NYC that you don’t need any cold storage!

Got an email that they sold out yesterday
They have off site storage that is temp controlled. At least they say they do. I bought some 96 burgs that were from off site and they were perfect.
