Wine Storage Options in Los Angeles

I like many others in West Los Angeles store at LA Fine Art & Wine in West Los Angeles. A few years ago the GM left and the owners hired a new GM who is determined, with substantial and consistent price increases, to force long term tenants like myself to seek other options. The place has the perfect location for many of us right off the 10 Freeway, but the rent has gone up somewhere between 30% to 40% in the last two years which is insane. Especially having 3 walk ins and 3 bottom level cabinets.
Does anyone have any suggestions for an alternate storage location that is more reasonable and fairly accessible to someone who lives and works in West LA? A friend mentioned RL on Sherman Way which is not exactly convenient, but with better planning on my part, doable. He also still has access to his wine whereas LA Fine Art is closed for the foreseeable future. Would appreciate any suggestions from others on the board.
Many thanks and stay safe.
Matt

I used to store at the wine cellar on Pontius behind the equinox on Sepulveda. I left last year because they kept raising my rates as well. When I left, they had plenty of lockers available. You can try them to see if their rates are lower than la fine art. I’m now storing at a custom crush facility in west sfv which is probably too far for you.

I’ve been in that place. It was funky with the lift and dim lighting.

I had the same issue at my place in the OC recently. They also have lots of empty locker they put locks on in order to look occupied. No clue what the plan is with showing indifference to long time patrons while having lots of empty lockers.

In W LA I know there are a couple of places just over the 405 near Wine House and Twenty-Twenty. I believe those stores have small facilities but there is a stand alone around there that is bigger. The name is escaping me…

Not sure what the rates are, but Wallys has lockers of all sizes just a few blocks from LA Fine Arts. 310-475-8113

Twenty-Twenty does wine storage. Don’t know pricing, however; if their locker rates are somewhat congruent to what they charge for wine, it will be overpriced. I store at a place in Glendale, which is obviously not what you’re looking for; by far the best rates I’ve come across in L.A., however.

What are the rates at LA Fine Art & Wine?

man, i think the real trouble is finding a storage facility with one let alone 3 walk ins available.
