#3 Ridge Lytton Springs 2023 is widely available right now, maybe $5-10 more than recent vintages, but that could be the high scores that were already out before WS made it #3.
#7 Produttori 2021 is widely available at $35-40 in the US right now.
A wine as big production as Giscours probably won’t spike up that high as #1 either.

The thinking is probably “all it takes is one buyer to jump at it, even if all the others know the price is stupid.”
On Winebid, does the seller get to choose the minimum bid? I guess it must be so for that Giscours price to be there. My modest experience selling wine has been through Spectrum (basically just out of convenience because I store some wines there and it’s nearby), and they set all the minimums without asking me.
WineBid provides a Reserve estimate and the seller can have it increased up to 20%.
The auctions are weekly starting on Sunday, at 10:30 ET I think. The wine has been up since last Sunday. Opening bid was $55. People have bid it up to that price which seems incredibly odd to me. 16 different bidders.
