Every year, I help put on a special Christmas dinner for my partner’s parents where I tend to take the charge on putting together wine pairings for each course (located in the central coast of CA, close proximity to both Paso and Santa Barbara County). This year has been a particularly challenging one her family, so I would like to put together something a little extra memorable. I will be heading to Los Olivos in the next couple of weeks, and I am wondering if there are any wineries which sell library wines in tasting rooms the area? I will be checking out Tercero, but beyond that don’t have a good sense for other places I might be able to get some wines with some age. I typically have done a sparkling, white, red, and dessert wine for the dinner, so if i could get any of these checked off during my visit that would be great. But beyond Los Olivos, if there are any other recommendations for the greater area (i.e Paso or SBC), I would be willing to make the drive. Thanks for the help!

Bob Lindquist always has some FANTASTIC library wines available of his older Qupe wines - and his tasting room is in Arroyo Grande - about 45 minutes north of Los Olivos. The winery is now called Lindquist Family Wines - hit him up!
Many of the others mentioned may or may not have library wines available - I would suggest reaching out to specific wineries in advance to see.
Au Bon Climat will likely have library wines. I would also check with Sandhi/Domaine de la Cote as they usually have a few in their tasting room. Finally, try A Tribute to Grace, she usually has some older wines available.
