Ketan served everything in the GGG. Very enjoyable glass for tasting.

At TFL they served my Lafon Monty in this new Zalto Balance I’d never seen before. I’m not sure exactly if/how it improved the wine over a Zalto BDX, but it was interesting nonetheless.
Then for the Tâche, the somm brought out these very important looking Reidel Grand Cru stems. Before he poured I quickly asked if he had any Zalto Burg stems to swap out. There’s no balance in those top heavy behemoths.
Looks like the Zalto Bordeaux and Conterno Sensory had a baby
