I have been doing research on wine coolers. We are adding a built in hutch and want to include a small one for storing about 24 bottles. Question… which is better a thermoregulated system or a condensor style? Does any one know anything about the U-line Euchslen series drawer style, 2 zone? How does that compare to the Vinotemp 36 bottle (a mid cost range version). I could use some help here. Thanks!
Are you looking to have it built into an existing piece of furniture, or are you wanting to have a cooler built into the hutch, which is custom made?
One thing to be careful about is exhaust - you will need a front exhaust if you are installing it like a built-in. I’ve never heard of Euchslen, but I know Vinotemp is quite reliable. I have a LeCache 2400, as I needed mine to be a piece of furniture as well as functional, and they had beautiful cabinetry build around it.
Do you have a specific space pre-determined that a cooler needs to fit in, or will you build the hutch around the cooler you end up identifying?
