Seems like it might be time to find some folks that want to trade some younger bottles for some of your older bottles. I’d certainly be interested in trading for some of the Maume if you wanted to part with it.
This is what I mean when I try to explain to friends that it is a life’s passion and effort.
I aspire to be here one day.
Amazing collection and thank you so much for sharing. Keep it up!
If you find any Rayas or Juge in there that you forgot about and want to sell them at release prices I’m your guy~!
I love thèse wines, for their honesty. For their balance, between horse, blood, game, olive and their elegance. Never forced but always complex. I had a so so 2000 but all the others I’ve loved and they quite often verge on the cusp of my perfect wine. They were never made other than to be drunk with others, with food it is a shame they have become so difficult to find as it’s one of life’s great pleasure to try them.
Uhhh…sure!
It is a great pleasure to read this thread. Thank you so much for posting!
Wiuld love to see those Duroche bottles!
Some excellent barbaresco and barolo in your collection – enjoy, and don’t forget to share some TNs
Roagna boxes please tell me that you don’t need them all, I am here to help you do know how to pick em.
Agree 02 Engels are really special. Auction prices for these wines now stratospheric. GCs going for upwards of $A3000 here…
This is so interesting to follow. I’m actually a big fan of Humbert Freres. Would love to see some tasting notes on that!
Family reunion!
a bit of rodent action!
Exactly - seems to be deserted. They have also gnawed the metal capsules on whisky bottles.
Looks like the darn rats gobbled up two bottles altogether ;)!!
There’s a rat somewhere with a hangover.
