For example this thread is obviously an oblique way for people to claim that I’m not too bright. De noive!
Isn’t that the norm here? 
I do enjoy the mood lighting, but a dimmer switch is all you need as previously suggested. The mood lighting would really only be an issue if your cellar was big enough to have a tasting area. My ‘cellar’ is my whole basement, so I just have ceiling mounted can lights throughout.
I turned the dimmer down in my cellar tonight to appease the mob.
Well . . . maybe I am doing something wrong. My cellar love guts are hot, baby!

Haha! Hardly. What I should have said is “my house came with a basement that had a lot of can lights in the ceiling; that is where I keep my wine.”
