For decades, the traditional bottle tag was simply the small white paper tag hanging from the neck. Even if it had a logo on it, you could use the other side. Now, they seem to have disappeared. Since I have - literally - thousands of tags, I want to stay consistent but I can’t find a source for these guys any longer. Any input out there?

Not to seem too picky, but these are the “new” perforated tags that don’t hang right off traditional bottles (great for thicker necks!). What happened to the basics? And, yes, Wine Enthusiast doesn’t carry those either…
Multiple places seem to have reusable plastic hang tags with the bigger hole. Search 100 Reusable Wine Tags by Epicureanist on Home Depot’s site.
