I haven’t been to Belgium but I remember having these incredible waffles in Amsterdam. They were sold from those little bakeries that are all over the place. Some were covered with chocolate, strawberry, etc. I’d go to WC if they had those…
They sell the little waffles at Costco now. They’re pretty tasty, but my pen probably has more nutritional value.

They are ok. I prefer a regular hot waffle (though you could presumably stick in the toaster). They are a tad sweet for my tastes and I expected them to be softer, but I still enjoyed 'em when I tried 'em.

The ones I had in Amsterdam were much harder than I expected (but unbelievably good). Like better-than-the-best-waffles-I’ve-made-at-home-good (beating egg whites, etc). They were also very sweet. My hopes are up…
