This, Bérêche Brut Réserve, Lassaigne Vignes de Montgueux and Docquet Diapason are what my failing memory vividly remembers broadened my mind about champagne.
I still love this. Quince, buttered pastry, red apple and a clean saline and mineral streak cutting through the palate. I should drink more of this. Maybe I’m too nostalgic but this really hit the spot tonight.
