What? Have the streams crossed? One thing I have learned from Berserkers is that you will burst into flames if you drink MacDonald.
Todd and I have never crossed streams. Not even that one time at Highlands. When I was roofied. At least I don’t recall.
I don’t participate as much in the wine forums, as I’m not very confident that I have much to contribute–but I read every word.
Shit, that never stopped me.
I have restricted myself from listing Berserkers I have met in real life and consider friends now.

Good point. Me too.
I’m always learning something everyday from posts and conversations on WB. I tend to learn the most from:
@Rich_Brown for all things aged CA
@David_Bu3ker for tasting notes and I appreciate his vulnerability and posts from raiding his dads cellar. I lost my dad unexpectedly as well and they hit home every time.
@Robert.A.Jr for your knowledge of Loire reds, vintage notes, and introducing me to Lannesan and Sociando!
@Otto_Forsberg for your knowledge, tasting notes, and contributions to conversations.
@larry_schaffer for your knowledge, insights into winemaking, and questions to learn more from different wine growing regions.
@TomHill for your tasting notes and knowledge of CA wine history
I’m sure I’ve learned things from more on WB, but these are the few that stood out. Cheers!

Bear in mind, Steven…I’m a LosAlamos guy. We make stuff up so people will thing we are an authority!!
Tom
@Jim_Cowan gets respect from me for his haiku tasting notes and non-label licker tendencies …
Definitely an early influencer for me …
Years ago, a search for ‘traditional barolo’ returned this link: Traditional vs. Modern Barolo / Barbaresco - WINE TALK - WineBerserkers. What the heck was a Wine Berserker.
Browsing this site is now part of my daily routine. Thank you @Pat_Burton. And to @ToddFrench, of course.
A year ago I liked the occasional champagne — today, without question it’s my favorite wine and quickly becoming the deepest part of my collection.
Same. I don’t think that will change as we age.
Cheers!
You’re welcome
