What wine for this Superbowl menu?

I’m having a small get-together for the superbowl and planning a low-brow menu including:

Tortilla chips with salsa, guacamole, and chile con queso.
Fish tacos with chipotle-mango slaw.

I know… beer, right? If I’m going to serve wine I’m thinking these candidates currently in my cellar:
Bedrock Ode to Lulu Rosé of Mourvèdre
Big Basin Aura Rosé of Syrah
Bedrock Abrente Albariño
Joh. Jos. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett

Any ideas or suggestions?

I’d go with the two roses and they will be a nice balance to the fish tacos. They can probably handle the salsa as well.

The acidity should help with the spice and it wont overpower the fish in the taco (hehe).
