The Diebolt Prestige for sure. It has more depth and character than the Hebrart, which I also like a lot, without sacrificing cut and clarity.

Splitting hairs perhaps, as I like em both, too, but is Prestige still $50 (incl shipping)? I paid $65 last time. So there. 
I got all mine from Envoyer for 44 or whatever, but that was awhile ago, still have like 2-3 cases
