What is YOUR most recent wine purchase? (Part 1)

'82 Gruaud ex-chateau '22 release. Latour is the best '82 IMO but great bottles of '82 GL are not far behind. Tough to find quality bottles at auction anymore, so pulled the trigger on this.

Such a great producer of Rieslings. I like his drier bottles.

Nice. 82 GL was fantastic.

Unfortunately they have not repeated the success in any vintage since then and the same for Talbot. The Cordier curse?

Well done. That order is absolutely part of my plans (hoping I’ll be able to find some left when I get to France). Have you tried some of those 19 reds yet?

Not yet but I imagine they’ll be great

I just got my first 6. PnP’d and immediately ordered another 6. Good stuff!

Thanks. I love a good deal as much as the next guy/gal. Some of the 11 Clarendon wines were a bust but this one is legit. A few clowns on cellar tracker with their first posts were ripping the wine but Eric took care of that. I am sure a few usual suspects on the boards here trying to hurt one of the better national retailers.

2016 Xavier Gerard Cote-Rotie x 4 bottles.

Never tried this producer before, definitely a berserkers inspired purchase. How long do they need before I should try one?

Nice!! These are the only two bottlings I have had and currently own. On the last Cedric Bouchard email offer I saw I requested 6 bottles and was allocated 1 :frowning:

6 btls. 2016 Massolino VR Black label
3 btls. 2018 Favia Cabernet Coombsville.
