I’m lucky to have gotten to know both Sarah and Johnathan and l can say with confidence that I’ve never met anyone more committed to eating well and paring the right wines for the dish. Their cellar functions as a way for them to essentially pair any dish you can conceive of in multiple ways. I’ve watched them prompt each other with a hypothetical dish and then they talk out the hypothetical parings, the breadth of knowledge between them is really amazing.

I always do Boston Mackerel the same. I stuff with sliced garlic, olives , cherry tomatoes and add some hot pepper flakes. Seems to go well with the bold oily flavors of the fish.

Is there any decent Filipino food in Indianapolis, aside from me inviting myself over to your sisters and brother in-laws house?

Skirt Steak Salad
Rub of S&P, Oregano and Lemon Zest
Vinaigrette of Oregano, Shallot, Garlic, Lemon Juice, EVOO, S&P and sliced Cherry Tomatoes blended with brown rice. Dava says she could eat this every day.
