I am more confident in Chablis for ageing so have more Chablis than Beaune wines:
Dauvissat
Raveneau
Fevre
After that a relatively small even mix - Roulot, H Boillot, Blain Gagnard, Giradin…
I love the wines from P.Pernot from top to bottom - the Batard is good and the BBM is even better. Down to the PM - yum stuff from the recent '07 and '08 vintages.

I never really see Dauvissat here, it’s one I’d like to buy…

We had the same problem with Raveneau, just now becoming a little more available with one importer.

Fingers crossed on premox for Carillon. I know it’s irrational to buy, but I love the Referts.

Pierre Bitzouzet (whose Corton-Charlemagne I bought regularly in the '80s and '90s).
I haven’t bought any wine to speak of since 2007, but I have some cases of Dauvissat on order (including some reds, which I’ve never tried.). These are all places I’ve visited “regularly” from the late '80s, except Dauvissat which started in the mid-'90s…
ratio is about 2.7/1 red burg to white burg, FWIW. (I’m a little surprised that the ration isn’t higher on reds…but I guess I’ve bought a lot of Dauvissat each vintage…the same assortment each year…and that mounts up.) Mostly all the WB are verticals on the same crus.
Bonneau du Martay
Leflaive
Roulot

I buy mostly value bottles in very limited quantities to drink early these days. Too many bottles down the drain to buy higher end much.
White burgs once accounted for 30% of my cellar - it’s now down to around 10%.
I passed on the 05 and 06 vintages but have been loving 07s and 08s.
My top names are:
Carillon
Niellon
Roulot
Montille / Chateau de Puligny
Christian Moreau
Bouchard
Fevre
Bonneau du Martray
Carillon
Sauzet
Mostly PC stuff with only a few Grand Crus left. Haven’t been bit to many times from my own cellar, but I’m drinking them young to avoid the risk.

Lafon = Carillon
Leflaive accounts for about 75%. Ramonet & Sauzet used to be 2 & 3 with over 10 cases cellered for each but I now have 0 bottles from them. Other producers down to 0 bottles include Colin-Deleger & du Martray.
Fèvre
Jadot
Raveneau
Hospices de Beaune (Faiveley)
Dauvissat (René & Vincent)
plus a few others total 35 producers and a total of exactly 188 bottles
For the leflaive lovers (seems to be everyone on this thread) do you buy Pierre Morey? I just started to buy a few bottles here and there in the past months, not quite the same level of Leflaive but shows a lot of similarities , especially the reduction on the nose.
I think that maybe Pierre got that style first…and took it to Leflaive…while Vincent was still in charge,Charlie. He had his own domaine, but it got too small in the '80s when some of his father’s metayage reverted to Lafon…so, Pierre went to work at Leflaive.
