What are we drinking tonight?

Since the Syrah online doesn’t start until the 11th, what are we drinking this weekend?

Tonight, not wine, Jack Daniels Single Barrel and some ice…

And you?

Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale chased by McCleddon’s Islay Single Malt.

2005 William Selyem Weir

03 Cadence Bel Canto

2004 Sea Smoke Botella

this includes lunch too…

Three Floyds Dreadnaught DIPA
BrewDog, I Hardcore You…a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. (WOW)
Goose Island Mild Winter
Two Brothers, The Bitter End, Pail ale
Two Brothers, Domaine DuPage, french style country ale

2002 Silver Oak Alexander Valley. It is every bit as awful as it sounds.

'08 Bedrock Cofermented Syrah…I jumped the gun on the WB online I guess.

Experimenting with numerous homemade cocktails at home.

If we can get out of here to go to dinner, we’ll be having a EII Cab & '04 Pride Reserve

85 Clos du Val. Alive and well [cheers.gif]

98 Togni Cabernet & 15yr PVW.

Decant the shit out of that Pride Reserve sweetie.

It’s really cold tonight here in Wisconsin so I needed something to warm me up: Tesseron Grande Champagne Cognac Lot No. 76 XO Tradition.

08 Sojourn Pinot, Sangiacomo
06 Novy Syrah RRV

Revisit tomorrow for both, and we’ll add a newcomer to the mix. [cheers.gif]

David, good deal. I’m sipping the first release (1990) of Glen Breton single malt from Cape Breton Island, Canada. The only single malt made in North America. Really very nice stuff but not old enough yet. Nor cold enough here yet.

2008 The Industrial Zinfandel. Awesome.

NV Veuve Clicquot given to me and my wife by my boss. Didn’t mix it with Patron…so no Baller Juice. Not a champagne guy, so it could have been Krug or Andre…

Now that I know someone is drinking Veuve Clicquot my rum & Cherry Coke is tasting goood! [snort.gif]
