That’s good to know on the A. Jobard wines. I have 3-4 in the cellar from 2013-14 and have been a bit worried about issues with pre-mox.
It’s been a while, but we added the sparkling wines beginning with 2019 base wines and the program is really beginning to come to fruition. The wines have been a fun and complicated addition, but the coming years release will begin to see wines with 3 years in bottle and in more ideal balances. We’re still developing reserve wine stocks, but each year we’re able to add layering and new wrinkles to the wines. If you make it out this way at all, you should come by and say hello.
