On cork pull this is slightly reductive. Tart acid on entry—Chau called it almost sour. This is pears, lime territory rather than lemon; salinity. Subtle oak in the background. With air this fills out, on the leaner side but there’s a bit of chew. I didn’t buy much 21 white but I’d gladly drink this again.
