Popped and poured, enjoyed over three hours. Honey, marmalade, marzipan. Rich, floral, wonderful mouthfeel. This was good out of the gate but was spectacular after a couple hours of air. -

Popped and poured, enjoyed over three hours. Very vibrant color, virtually no bricking. Stunning nose of herbs, lavender, spice. Smooth, fully integrated mouthfeel, wonderfully acidic and balanced, nuanced flavors. Had tea notes on the neverending finish. Stunning wine. -

Decanted nine hours, enjoyed over three. Classic warm weather syrah. Road tar, meaty, floral. Restrained sweetness, blackberry compote. -
1995 Seavey Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon - USA, California, Napa Valley (7/22/2009)
Popped and poured, enjoyed over two hours. Leather, lavender, baked plums. Powdery tannins which open up and become velvety. Wonderful minerality, very long finish. -
2005 Rhys Alesia Syrah Fairview Ranch - USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Lucia Highlands (7/22/2009)
Popped and poured. Typical Alesia funk filled nose. Earthy, olive tapenade, great fruit and elegance.
