Where does one buy wine in Atlanta?
I am in for work in a few months and want to scout out some wine.
Also…anyone know if it is a state that you can ship to?

Lots of others available too for those wines. Rayas will be a difficult find but is possible.

Eric Brown at Le Caveau near Peachtree Dekalb airport is a very good one.
pH wines in Garden Hills Buckhead. They have lots of Burgundy and Champagne.

What about Collectible Fine wine? Any experience?

I enthusiastically agree with the recommendations of Atlantic Wine, Cellar 13, and Le Caveau. Hinton’s and Green’s Buford Highway are also worth checking out.

Regarding shipping, wineries can generally ship here, subject to some state requirements. Retailers don’t have the same legal option, so I would check with any given retailer before assuming they will ship here (and hope that others don’t comment publicly on any particular retailer’s willingness to ship to GA).

Perrine’s Wine Shop in West Midtown might be worth checking out as well.
