Can someone help me with online maps with the singe vineyards?
Kobrand used to have pretty good online maps
Don’t know if its online or not, but Bouchard Pere & Fils has/had some fantastic maps in print form.
That is Charlie’s site. He’s probably looking to expand.

Simply Google search for any burgundy village you want (for example “Morey vineyard map”), then click “images” and there will be countless options, many with impeccable detail.
Edit - I see now you asked for haut cote and that works too. Here’s a start:
What I really like about the burgmap.com site is that you can zoom in on particular vineyards, even to the point of which producer has which section. Very well done and interactive.
I could only find maps of a few individual vineyards on the sites of the producers.
