But Vincent’s 2021 are absolute . The Chards are under-priced for how delicious and serious they are, and the single vineyard Pinots (oh boy that Temperance…) are fantastic as well.
He’s also a great guy who understands that Rattle & Hum is underrated.
The alcohols vary in the 12s and 13s. The Ribbon Ridge is 13.2% and the 21 Armstrong is 13.6%. The Zenith is I believe 12.8 and Temperance 12.4. And while we’re at it, the Chard Tardive is 13.2 and the Royer is 12.6. Numbers from memory but these are pretty right on.
Vincent, I just emailed wondering whether I can still add Offer #5 to my previous order for Offer #2, such that I’ll then have a full mixed case to be shipped. Still time, or am I too late? Thanks!
That works Terry! And for everyone else, let me know if you need anything changed or want to add on, it’s never a problem. Orders have been great today but we definitely still have wines so come on in!
I third that Loved Vincent’s vibe and learning from him during my first three, formative vintages! Harvest and bottling days can be chaotic and stressful (the crush pad roof literally collapsed during one bottling day, true story!), and Vincent was always there to reassure and give guidance in such a nice, positive way
Inspired to open a 2017 Zenith vyd pinot noir for BD eve. This was a holy crap wine when I sampled it about 15 months ago and once again it’s blowing me away. Just like the last bottle there’s plenty of floral and red fruit character but it’s accompanied by this wild savoriness of sage, bay leaf and earth, and fabulous body. I haven’t tried the 2021 version yet but can’t wait to do so.
You all are blowing me away with the love, and orders. Keeping me busy and I appreciate it. Here for any questions, looking forward to the main event tomorrow!
