I, for one, would be interested in what they decide on using the term “Estate”.
The term “Estate Bottled” is easily the most stringent labeling requirement they have…unfortunately, most consumers don’t really understand what it implies, and it is hidden in the small print in the bottler’s statement.
It seems strange to me to to make this such a tight requirement (and one many work hard to achieve) but then allow somewhat flippant use of the word “estate” elsewhere on the label.
