Same here. Unfortunately it seems that motivation to salvage is very low. Probably easier just to toss it. Too much paperwork otherwise. I’m guessing the times where they actually attempt to repack is 25%. If there was any accountability, they would have photos of the damaged contents, but alas.
Thanks pal - i really appreciate that! I did everything i possibly could and talked to a TON of people at UPS until i finally connected to someone helpful…but definitely not the outcome i was hoping for
Got the box from Corti today. Turns out there was no damage to the wine whatsoever - UPS deemed it ‘damaged’ because one corner of the box got dented in.
