Received shipment notification today on my 2 cases (ordered 1/29).
I ordered two cases, the first one on 1/29. I received the shipping notification on 3/25, and it was delivered yesterday, 4/3, in perfect condition. There were no missing bottles, and there were no replacements. The second case was ordered on 2/17. I havenât received any notice about that one yet.
Iâm still sitting at 6 out of 30 phase 3 cases received. 2 more cases have labels made, and are ready to be shipped, but have not left the warehouse yet. Nothing on 22 cases.
They let me know today they couldnât find one of my bottles so they gave me a gift card for 150% of what I paid for it plus its portion of shipping. Now Iâve got this weird credit for $22.
Two of four cases received this week (ordered 01/29). The two outstanding cases were ordered on 02/02.
Heads up, I monitor this sale pretty closely and Iâve noticed 5-6 wines so far that have sold a lot in the past 48 hours. More than they have sold in the past month+.
So either new buyers have found this sale and attacked, or something else is going on (perhaps inventory adjustments).
Or people have gotten their orders, liked the wine, and bought more

I check in daily to see if price or ability to order less bottles pops up. The unmovable Clos has finally seen 7 cases go since yesterday.
Anybody else get a royal screw job email from them recently? I just received notice that they cannot find the any of the bottles to fill my order from back in Dec. They are only offering a credit to go towards the garbage they have remaining.

Assume they are attempting to put you in this âcreditâ situation based on being a part of the original redistribution of Underground Cellar bankruptcy process? If they were to send me this response, as someone whom purchased within the ânormalâ sales format, it would not be acceptable!

I have not heard a response from them. I began emailing them early March when my order was 8 weeks past due with no shipping notice, but have never gotten any response from them about that or this recent issue. It would not be so bad if they had just let me know a while ago.
I am waiting to hear back from my cc company, but just really glad I did not order most of the credit I was eligible for.
One of the cases I recently received was missing a bottle and they refunded my credit card supposedly. I wouldnât mind store credit if it was early in the stages with a better selection. It seems like they should refund you. BTW, does everyone read the T&C statement when you checkout? It states that youâre agreeing not to dispute the charge with your credit card company.
I also got the royal screw job email that they could not find 6 bottles of my order and that I have a lovely gift card. There is not much left that is worthwhile. Has anyone tried the Coup de Foudre Master Bouteillier? I had good luck with the 2009 Coup de Foudre Cabernet but there are couple of decent professional reviews but cellartracker was not very positive. They have shipped all my later orders but I still have not heard back yet on 2 cases I ordered from the first day of the sale. I am somewhat concerned.
On the wine I received, it was all great. Only issue is to be careful when picking up the case as the cases are pretty flimsy and I was concerned that these cases with one piece of tape holding them together, might not be able to support the case of wine.
