Turkey fryer question for Fleming

Now that i’ve had my first fried turkey, which I loved. I’d like to know if anyone uses the fryer for doing chickens, suckling pig, rabbits? Or whatever?

I have used mine for chicken and for fish. After the fish you need to toss the oil. Also like to use it to steam this past summer we did a crab/crawfish boil at the house we used this for. Lastly I have used the gas and burner for some out door stir fry that would be too smokey in the house and the burner throws many more BTUs than my home stove burner so you get better sear and seal. I just saw that Butterball has a new indoor “turkey” fryer. They had a half hour informercial on it yesterday. Yes i watched it. It looks too big for my counter top and keeping out I stick with the outdoor version.
