I was in the mood to do some BBQ’ing tonight so the decision was made to do teriyaki chicken kabobs. Marinade was simple which included:
teriyaki sauce
Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
minced garlic
dijon mustard
cracked black pepper
lemon juice
On the skewers were:
red bell peppers
green bell peppers
mushrooms
white onions
marinated chicken
The kabobs turned out great and were served with a side of rice. Wine selection was a 95 BV Tapestry.
