The dish of the night was easily the scallop, lobster and shrimp. What an explosion of flavors. Wow. One of the best dishes I’ve ever had at Nostrani.

The 1970 Fonseca has years and years left. It wasn’t fully opened even at this juncture but was nice to drink.
