Done before…but always interesting to see. I’m surprised I don’t have more Burgs on the list? Probably do to me drinking them out of the cellar!

Brian,
This may be something like the question of who is “better”, Kobe Bryant or Lebron James?
I have trouble coming up with the top 10 producers in France, or even Burgundy, or Bordeaux! Maybe if you limit the list to American wines, the question is more approachable? I have only limited access to the top California wines, living on the East Coast, and have pretty much curtailed my buying due to advancing age, stressed out credit cards, and a full cellar! What I do have from our West tends to be “old names” like Stag’s Leap Cask 23, Mayacamus, Dunn Howell Mtn, Ridge Monte Bello, Freemark Abbey Boche, Diamond Creek, Montelena, Heitz Martha’s, BV George de la Tour, Opus One, and Mondavi Reserve. But all of this is from the '80s and '90s (and mostly singleton bottles! ). Your list sounds more “up-to-date”!
I thought he was just asking for a bottle count, not a qualitative assessment.
