Tony Soter's grapes (the Napa kind)

Heard a story last night that Tony Soter used to source grapes from what is now Plumpjack in oakville or a vineyard next to it. This would have been in the early to mid 90’s I was told. Anyone know what wines these may have gone into?

Roy Piper seems to know a bit about grape sourcing history, any thoughts Roy?
