Todd: is it possible to enable a "view" of who is posting under "Replies"

The current format shows under the column “replies” how many posters have replied. But that field is not clickable and it will not show who are the posters that have been replying to a thread. On the Squires board for instance if you click on that number it will show and rank who replied and how many times. It should be easy to implement and would increase the amount of information available to user. Can it be done?
